Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the issue

To maintain the integrity of our work, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations especially in colour, texture, or finish

(Each piece is handmade and these nuances are part of its character, not defects.)

Approved cases will receive either:

    • Replacement, or

    • Store credit (preferred for limited drops)

Refunds to original payment method are only issued if replacement is not possible.

Chimpookie pieces are created to be chosen thoughtfully, not returned casually. We encourage mindful purchases to preserve the value and intention behind every object.

Every order contributes to our environmental initiative. As part of this cycle, we aim to reduce unnecessary returns and waste wherever possible.
