We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be informed and refunded accordingly.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR. Payments must be completed at checkout. Prices may change over time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Shipping
Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, Chimpookie is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof.
